    I think not a word should be said by anyone bashing another poster here until we all find out just how bad this knee thing is, Mixum is only reporting a story. If Greg is out 6 weeks many of you will feel foolish for beating up on the messenger.

    My friend's sister works in a hospital in Phoenix and told my friend that she saw an NBA player go by on a gurney. She said they were wearing some sort of all star uniform. She said she thought it was Tim Duncan, apparently she doesn't know much about the NBA, so who knows who it was... I wonder if it was Oden to get his MRI. This was more than 24 hours ago.

When said OP makes his living on this board relishing every single negative thing he can pull out of his ass, he gets what he gets - which is a whole bunch of people fed up with his bullshit.     That's just wrong.

    It's wrong logically and it's wrong in terms of justice.

    First of all, a "bunch of people" don't gang up on him. It's the same four or five people that keep whining and bitching about him. Over and over. The same four or five people that feel so fucking self-righteous because they're bigger fans, or can remain more composed, or just like to make fun of a guy because they know they can get away with it. And yet the same people that aren't smart and/or polite enough to simply put him on their "ignore" list.

    It's sad and it's pathetic and it's MUCH worse than a guy making threads that repeatedly articulate positions of angst... irrespective of whether many/most of us agree with the issue or not.

    Sure, Ed - you can have your opinion of course and I'll just have to disagree with you on it. If you want to let one bad seed run rampant and get his jollies doing what he does - that's your right as moderators but you can't expect the masses to sit back and take that shit everyday.

    Yeah, yeah, yeah - you'll next advise the use of the ignore feature - that's great. He'll still throw up a dozen bullshit threads a day that can't truly be ignored as others will quote his bullshit. If he has the right to throw bullshit up on the wall just to see if ANY if it ever sticks (and hardly ANY of it ever does), I have a right to call bullshit on his bullshit - up until the time you feel like I've crossed the line choose to ban me, which is fine with me.

    There are no "masses" that have to sit back and take "that shit". You painting the target of your ire as a "bad seed" does not make your actions acceptable.

    You're using hyperbole and alleged herd mentality to justify antisocial behavior on your part.

    Yes, there is an ignore feature. Yes, you CAN ignore threads that he starts, and yes it IS your fault if you choose to participate and then (for whatever reason) become enraged by his posts.

    If you attack him, and then people attack you for attacking him, it muddies the board. MIXUM, say what you want about him, posts about the BLAZERS. You and a few others seem intent to post about MIXUM. If you don't understand why one is acceptable and the other is not then I don't know what to tell you.

    It's unlikely to be allowed but would you want a poll about how people perceive or react to his barrage of bullshit posts, every single day? I can assure you that the # of people who are annoyed as fuck about his multiple crap threads per day will far exceed the 4 or 5 that you estimate. Of that I'm certain. Make the poll yourself and find out. Again, it'll never happen but you know I'm right.

    I'm with Ed O. If you don't want to read his shit, don't click on the threads and/or put him on ignore. The guy really only talks about the Blazers. He is over the top negative, but that is his right. It would be boring as shit to have everyone with the same opinion.

    I, myself, have made fun of MIXUM a few times, but I think its just silly now. The anti-MIXUM posts on this board are lame because they aren't attacking his ideas but are attacking the poster.

    IDK how much of a troll he is, as people claim, as much as the fact that he is an overly pessimistic, passionate Blazer fan who takes the game too seriously... but whatever floats his boat. I agree that it gets old and annoying though, and a lot of the time he simply states the same thing over and over, but what can ya do. If that is the way he likes to do it, so be it.
