    Why was everyone so down on денг гордон ? He seems like a fairly well informed and educated poster. It's entirely possible Tyrus Thomas IS the 3rd most athletic guy in the league, and the poster admits he doesn't have a lot more going for him. Maybe the posters are angry because we seem to be getting squeezed out of this trade, if so their anger seems to be misplaced.

    By the way, if the trade with Chicago does go through it would seem to indicate that денг гордон's analysis of the financial benefits of the trade (better for Phoenix to trade with Chicago than Portland) may be correct.

    Phoenix Stan said no Amare to Chicago trade by the end of tonight.

    Doug Thonus said on Bulls Beat podcast, 60% chance of Amare going to Chicago, but that it will happen on Thursday right before the deadline.

    Still no Tech N9ne update on this.

    If he's in the same conference Phoenix would be competing against his team for the entire season.

    Of course that's kind of an exaggeration since Phoenix won't be competing for anything at the rate their going.
