I still have no clue why the mass migration occurred. I came because the forum activity came. Still use BBF for the NBA forum, but like most internet basketball fans I generally scoff at the opinions of most.

Someone should PM me the story, because it's always a "we've rehashed this" or "it's a loooong story" and nobody has yet to explain it.

When exactly did it occur? I was a regular visitor to the forum (even though I didn't, and don't, post much) but somehow I missed it all.

 

basically:

Me and others started posting negative items about Obama. Basically stating that we need to look beyond his hype and jesus like cult following. Blah blah blah. Hap, a mod, kind of had a meltdown out of no where, locked threads. Then all these commuity mods and whatever started posting on our board telling us what shitheads we were, to stop whining. Then they just kept on locking shit, being really lame and the board sucked.

Then everytime someone wanted to discuss, they got locked or banned.

then people moved here.

oh yeah, they also started moving all political threads to another board alltogether for god knows what reason.

 

And this prompted the return of ADP from the depths of oblivion (AKA the Hoopsworld Blazers forum).

Well, since you believe yourself to be so wise, please give us what you think happened.

 

I believe that next year I will be eliminating BBF as an option for the predictions game. Not worth it for the few predictions I get.
