What exactly does he bring to the table? It's a crime he's getting paid $3,163,769. Seriously!

He doesn't rebound. He doesn't play defense. He can't score in the post. He shoots up nothing but bricks. He's truly painful to watch. Just this side of Ha Seung-Jin.

I wanted so badly to like Frye. I wanted to support him. He loves our City, he's quirky like our City, and he represents our City in a dignified way.

It ain't good enough if you suck on the court.

Well you were the one who wanted to bench LMA in favor of him.

    Great guy, terrible player.

I'd rather start Ruffin over him at this point.

Wow, Frye gets his own special hate thread? Awesome.

Agreed. Frye shouldn't even be playing in the D-League this year. Don't know what happened to his game. Last season, he was somewhat a decent player at least to my eyes. Maybe I was wrong.

That was when he could hit a jumper. Now he's just a soft PF that racks up quick fouls as soon as he gets in the game.

It's not like we didn't see the need for a backup PF coming a mile away. I know KP passed on a big deal, but I really wish he could have at least picked up a serviceable PF for the bench.

Could we try Ruffin? Also- SBo played alright. 3 rebs, 1 block in 4 minutes. That's 27 rebs and 9 blocks in 36 minutes. He's a BEAST! Let's build the franchise around him

Channing Frye deserves his own hate thread. Nothing personal, but he is the worst player in NBA history. He is not an NBA quality player. Perhaps he's good enough to come off the bench in D-League. This guy has regressed in his career, and it is pathetic to watch.

I will never get over how stupid Nate McMoron is for continuing to put Channing into games. The little bitch gets millions of dollars, and can't even make two foul shots. Please, just cut his ass right now!!!

I actually liked Shavlik today, he went after everything. It's just too bad he can't finish for shit.

I admit this stat doesn't say a lot, bit Frye was -6. To put that in perspective for tonights game...

    Sergio -7
    Rudy -16
    Travis -17

Maybe Frye shouldn't get the hate today?

Ike was the same way, but I think it's because they were nervous.

Outlaw had a great game. 15 pts, 50% FGs, 3 rebs, 1 blk, 1 steal, 0 turnovers. He hit shots in the first half when everyone else was struggling and he scored 5 straight points late in the ball game that gave us a chance to win it.

Frye did absolutely nothing and missed two critical FTs.

Rudy missed a wide open three and a wide open layup that he should've dunked.

Sergio hit a shot when no one else could but didn't play much so there's not much more to say about him.

Yeah, I couldn't see how Channing could that that statement personally. :)

Please, stop talking up Outlaw. He was good in the fourth but crap for three quarters. Next time, make sure he shows for the whole game before claiming he had a "great" game.

I don't think Channing is the greatest, but it is going to take him some time to get into a rhythm. He is the type of player who needs minutes to produce. Right now his confidence is shot, so until he gets his mind right, he won't perform well on the court.
I hope he stays on the roster next year, he's just so likable...just only play him when we are up or down by 20 :)

He seemed to play well last year. I don't know why, but his game has gotten progressively worse as he's gotten older. He was a beast in his rookie year and now he can't seem to do anything well.

I hope that he's able to turn it around.

Frye plays well every other year. The off years he's horrible. i'm not surprised really, NY Knick fans were complaining about what we were too and were glad to get rid of him.
