Me too, but most of them I know usually take Creatin or whatever its called. There are some who are ripped, but you can't really tell because they don't have much muscle mass. They look skinny unless they take off their shirt or something.

This one Asian guy I play basketball with pretty regularly with is pretty strong. He's not buff by no means, but he is strong.
Yeah, I know there are big Asians out there, but for the most part, it is harder for Asians to gain muscle mass. Or at least for me it is. I can't get big no matter what, if I eat a lot of junk food, I don't gain weight. I wanna be like Smitty :[

Okay here is my workout: Chest Decline Bench (3 sets, 8 reps) Flat Bench (3, 8) Dumbell Incline Chest Press (3, 8) Dumbell Flat Chest Press (3,8) Pectoral Flies (3,8) Triceps Triceps Pull Down (3, 8) Skull crushers (3,8) Dips Triceps Hammer machine Biceps Biceps Dumbell Curls Biceps Bar Curls 21's Hammer Curls Back Rows Outside Rows Row Machine Rip Row Machine Some other one I don't know the name of Shoulders Shoulder Press Machine Dumbell Military Press Shoulder Raises Shoulder flies Barbell Military Press Barbell Shrugs Dumbell Shrugs Upright Rows (sometimes) Legs Leg Press Leg Extensions Leg Curls Calf Raises I do cardio twice a week (knee) and I've been having problems doing my leg workouts because of my knee so I've taken some time off from that. I usually do Chest and Arms on Monday/Thursday and Shoulders and Back on Tuesday/Friday. I'm going to switch it up though, as I'm starting to get lazy in my workouts and have started to get complacent in going up in weight. I think on Mondays and Thursdays I'll be doing Chest and Shoulers, and Tuesday and Friday's I'll be doing Back and Arms. I'll get Legs in on Wednesday.
Yeah I know, I'm planning on taking some protein shakes or whatever over the summer. I wanna buff up and surprise the shit out of everyone when schools starts.
Naw, I didn't like it. Was getting too expensive too. Just protein. I actually lost my motivation and got back in the gym about two months ago. Since starting back up I've gained about 10 lbs in muscle.
