I expected a comeback, at home. Had it been on the road, I'd have expected a loss.

Half way through the 2nd I started to have some doubts then by half time I thought we would win. This team is starting to have "Grit".

I'll be honest, I did not expect Roy to explode in the 2nd half, and Batum to be so consistent throughout the game. I thought they'd lose but happy to be proven wrong.

We were winning whenever Batum was in the game. I saw it, and I had a feeling Nate saw it too. So I gave us a 50:50 shot of winning it down the stretch.

BTW--I think there's a pretty good argument to be made for playing Batum 35 mpg. Roy gets his 35, Outlaw gets his 28. Shuffle in the other smalls as needed.

When they cut it to four, I thought we had it in the bag.

When Frye remained camped on the bench in the second half, there was no doubt in my mind.

At halftime? Yes I expected to win.

Midway through the 2nd quarter when we were down 12 and were lifeless? I had my doubts.

Ya, I felt the same way. At half I thought we were going to win, but in the 3rd when we kept dropping back and not able to get over the hump I started to think it was going to be like the last game.

If we make the playoffs by luck, win a first round series by luck and eventually win the championship by luck, led by Roy, Aldridge and Oden turning into stars by luck...I'll take it.

This was my thought. Early in the second quarter I didn't see any spark. LMA was playing well as was Batum. But Harris and Carter looked like they were both on. Harris looked great.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

And why exclude the Lakers? That's like saying, "Other than World War II, the US and Japan have always gotten along famously."

Much like everyone else....down 4 at halftime I'm not worried, especially since we'd put up 17pts in the last 4+ minutes of the quarter. So I knew our offense was coming around.

Down 12 early in the 3rd? Little more nervous. Not breaking the 4-6pt barrier until midway through the 4th? Also tough. But I never felt we were out of this one.
