Excuses, excuses. You tried to impress me by listing all the teams that Utah beat with their healthy team, but we beat ALL THOSE GUYS so what do you have now? Nothing.

Please take a moment, learn the game, and then post.

I agree that the Jazz don't lose anything with Millsap instead of Boozer. I'm going to enjoy this losing streak they're on because they have no fucking excuses now. They're healthy, right?

    Exactly.

    We're Blazers fans.

Our team is in first place.

We have beaten all the great teams Utah beat even when we weren't healthy.

Utah is on a two game losing streak.

If you want to make excuses for the Jazz, go to a Jazz forum. They'll love you.

    Go Blazers

Yep no excuses. I expect them to give us a tough battle though, and could possibly win the division. But I have high hopes that we win the division. What could kill us is our tie-breakers. Denver and Utah have them over us.

I don't want to play against the Jazz in the playoffs though, because they are going to want to play very physical with us and I wouldn't be shocked to see more hard fouls on our guys (of the flagrant variety)

Wow, are you guys really arguing that losing Boozer wasn't a big deal for the Jazz? Even if his defense is terrible, he provides solid scoring and rebounding and is a critical piece of their rotation. Having Milsap start also takes away from their second unit and his overall effectiveness as an energy guy from the bench.

The Blazers have been fortunate to be relatively healthy most of the season. We've been without Roy for a few games and Oden's been out a ton. Missing Webster has hurt our depth but Batum has been a pleasant surprise. Injuries are a part of the game.

I'd much rather face the Jazz without Boozer than with him in the lineup. I guess that's how you'd have to answer the question. Would you rather face Utah with Boozer starting and Milsap coming off the bench or with Milsap starting and some nobody backing him up?

Correction, Memo was hurt all of December, so they weren't quite healthy and then they added Korver after those meetings. Different Jazz team

Umm...Millsap is nowhere near Boozer, he had that nice streak of double doubles but he wore down big time and his production dropped big time. Like I said earlier, if you were reading, Boozer is about 80% right now, not quite 100%. When Boozer is healthy, he's a go to guy down the stretch while Millsap isn't consistent. Last time Utah played @ Portland, it showed when Deron had to attack. Millsap is great but he can't attack longer bigs the same way with Boozer does with his strength.

I was joking. I thought saying we'd be a elite one day and not the next was a hint that I was joking and that we're not a elite team at this point.

Speaking of things lost in posts, were you ever find out if the clock stops or not when a foul is called?

Kirilenko made an All-Star game as well. Tells me the Jazz are underperforming.

Why do you continue to spend so much time at this "joke"? ChrisinPDX was right about you from the get-go, and now that the Blazers actually beat the Lakers like a drum, you turn into a typical Laker fan.

    So NOT surprised.

I don't hate you. I just see you as a Laker fan, and I always have. The fact that you are now becoming increasingly aggressive in attacking Blazer posters for their opinions, and doing it on a Blazer board, follows a pattern I had seen for years, but was absent when the Blazers sucked.

It's like an ESPN board time warp or something.

So because I think Utah is better than POR Im attacking posters? Just to let you know Einstien I started to be a regular on the POR boards when you guys were in the middle of your 17 game win streak.

And dont give me your shit about a Blazer board, I have the right just as much as you, maybe more since you have ticked off more posters here than I ever have.

Like Ive said a million times. Por is my second team.....a faaaarrrrr second, but second nonetheless. That doesnt mean Im gonna put on blinders to all the facts because of it.

You dont see me proclaiming how its a given the Lakers will win it all this year. Some people here just stretch too hard on their opinions.

Why? You certainly cherry-pick games when it helps your argument.

unfortunately I'm sure some people think the same thing about you. Why let it bother you so much anyway? I've gotten pissed on a sports forum before and thought about it and how incredibly stupid it was. People have different opinions than you, no reason to be so up in arms about it

Ill admit one that was far fetched...the Clips making the playoffs this year but I also stated it was my darkhorse

please mention others, any at all, you dont even have to link them if you can remember them.

....Im fine with differing opinions, just not ones that are total BS

When did we win 17 games in a row?

How much do you need to be taught? I only have so much time.
