    Yes I have Verizon and have this same problem. Although it hasn't froze on me for that long I do experience the skipping sometimes. It sucks. Also, I don't get Blazers in HD when the games are on CSN while comcast customers do. You don't get HD either right?

    Although I have Comcast, I have to agree. This is a terrible business deal.

    I'm going to cancel Comcast, find the internet steam (there are a few places) and link my computer to either the TV or a nice flat panel monitor.

    I'm so sick of missing games and watching internet streams, but I refuse to give into the BS. I'm still pissed at the Blazers for agreeing to this. I really love our players and basketball staff, but after the Darius letter, the Comcast fiasco, and that total cock move by J. Isaac during the MLS to PDX vote, I pray that some day a Billionaire will swoop in and buy this team from Prick Allen. Out side of Microsoft, name one thing that douche has done?

    Ya, doesn't look near as good on my 67" HDTV and I have a hdmi/dvi connection. Don't even think about full screen. At least the normal size looks fairly large and has a fair pic on my tv. What sucks the most though is it freezing all the time. I'll see a shot go up and then freeze,,,not know if it went in until I can check the score after the picture starts again.

    Exactly. I agree with you on that one. FSN dumped the Blazers and someone had to pick up the Blazers network. Its not completely comcast's fault as they took them. What was the fallout of FSN killing the Blazers contract. Perhaps thats the real story.

    FSN chose not to re-new the contract, citing that the Blazer's ratings had fallen by 50% over the last 5 years. They said the 12 million dollar contract was 3x - 4x what they were willing to pay.

    That is correct. I only get HD when they are on TNT or KGW. I have however made my decision and am switching back to comcast.
