They talked about their win over the knicks and issues over the PG position. They also mentioned that Oden right now is the 4th option, behind ROY, LA, then Travis (specifically in the 4th). Any of you still watch this show? I just saw it for the first time.
Two of them mentioned that Blake is a backup point guard for this team right now. Oh my.
Not much concrete analysis in my books for the topics that they covered.

I was watching the Knicks game and one of the announcers said Travis's 3 was "beyond his range."
You'd think that they'd at least look over the stats of before the game - Travis is shooting .404
    from 3pt land this year.

So, there's shaky analysis all over. That said, the Knicks announcers weren't homers, they called it
    the way they saw it.

I've watched it sporadically. About the only time there's anything worthwhile being said is when Dwight Jaynes is on there ... overall, I'm not a big Ian Furness fan, and the short bald dude (can't think of his name) is mostly included for comic relief, because he knows absolutely zilch about basketball.

I guess we shouldn't complain that Comcast is trying to integrate Blazers specific content aside from the games.

Last night was the first time I watched it, too, for more than 15 seconds.

It was OK. Kind of like reading posts here, except without the particularly good posters.

Furness and Arnold know their stuff, clearly, but the comedic relief guy was a waste of space. Pasero was actually less bad than I'd anticipated... although he kept getting facts and things mixed up, he provided a more optimistic perspective that was good for the dynamic.

I won't go out of my way to watch it, but it was worth having on while I did chores around my place.

By the way, the biggest moron on the show is now out of a job (at least his "day job").

I'll be sure to shed a few tears tonight over the demise of Brainwash NW.

It's just kind of boring. I get the idea behind it in that a good sports talk show is kind of like a few knowledgeable guys hanging out at the bar talking about sports. And if it were a radio show maybe it'd be ok. But as a tv show it bores me to tears.

Anybody with any basketball knowldedge can see that Pasero is spot on. Both Bayless and Oden play like college kids.

Bayless's shot is flat as a pancake. It reminds me of Drexler when he first came out. And Bayless dribbles like the shot clock doesn't have a minute hand, let alone a second hand. Moreover, when he drives, his head is so low to the ground that he is looks like a tailback going through the hole. Fortunately, he draws fouls -- at least until the opposition figures out that he can't shoot if he is looking at his shoes.

Oden, on the other hand, looks absolutey lost. And when he does have a chance to catch a pass or make a rebound, half the time his hands look like plywood. These guys have potenital -- but to say that they are anything more than long range projects is kidding yourself.

At least Pasero calls it like it is.

The blonde from the Blazer Broadcasting office has appeared a few times on the show. Shes not anywhere close to R.H. in terms of looks but she wears outfits that show off her small rump nicely.

The previews make it look worse than it actually is. "50 wins..good enough or not good enough". "All Star game. Do you care about it or not care about it".

It's kinda like listening to the 5th quarter after the game, and they can have some interesting guests on, like Jerome Kersey and Frank Brickowski. It's interesting to her former players talk frankly about the league.

HCP, you and I work in the same building (been working in the RG for 5 years now). I'll get her name in our upcoming homestands.

That girl doesn't work for the "Blazers Broadcasting office". She works for the Fan, does trivia updates and stuff.

Are you so unsure of your position that you can't stand an opposing viewpoint? I have never heard of the magazine, but I think when a paper or a magazine goes out of business, we all lose a little.
