I don't know if Joel fouled as much, but he sure had the same problem when he first came to Portland. He worked through it, and so will Greg. (Recall the handle, FoulZilla?)
Not just when he came to Portland. Joel had to deal with that shit for his first few years in the league. It's only been in the last few years that he's been able to shirk the refs. I hear what you're saying, but I would really like to give Greg some game experience as the #1 option on offense. I would like to see Jerryd and Greg in the Summer League working together. We can't always be worried about him.
