Starting tonight. Now that we're back in the playoffs, I'm getting that old ire back. (BTW, can you believe the 10th anniversary of that fateful day is just a little over a month away?!)
Ugh ... that was a bad day. I still say his right heel came down on the sideline, but that was too close to call. -Pop
Yes. BTW, that semi-scowl/cringe on Damon's face was classic. As if he were saying, " Are you _______ KIDDING me?!!"
I'm surprised they even took one of his kidneys...because he sure had big stones that particular day. Ooops, wrong kind of stones. Nevermind.
why must you bring these memories up again?? It's like reminding a 30-year old woman that she was molested when she was a child. OK maybe not that extreme, but you get my drift.
Because, it makes me angry. To me, it's an appropriate state of mind to be in while initially preparing myself for the upcoming playoffs............which, may very well begin against this very team....perhaps, depending on tonight's outcome. As such, I'm simply rallying the troops. That's why.
That stadium brings back good memories for me, not the one posted however (Kansas winning National Title), but what a game. Love Playoff Basketball.
