Good grief, I completely forgot that McGrady is done for the season!! What the heck is everybody worried about? We should definitely win this series. I mean, c'mon. If we can't beat the Rockets without McGrady, we don't deserve to advance.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
The Rockets have been without McGrady most of the year. They almost got the 2 seed without him and he didn't play in their two wins over Portland.

The Rockets team that Portland plays in this coming series is essentially the Rockets team that has accomplished what they have this year (with the exception of the Lowry/Alston trade at the trade deadline).

Rockets have been better without McGrady.

I haven't been following the Rockets very closely (obviously), but I do remember seeing McGrady earlier in the year against Portland, and I couldn't believe some of the shots he was making. The guy was unconscious. He was hitting long jump shots from all over the court. You take that away from the Rockets' offense, and it seems to me they're missing an important weapon.

I like our chances against Houston.
