Down 6 at the half. We can still win this. Let's GO BLAZERS!!!

Roy is the only guy on our team shooting free throws.

Maybe Roy should try to go for 50. I don't feel much confidence in our other players to bring it night in and night out.

Is this really a mystery? It's a well known fact that all centers above 7' are perpetually harassed, kicked, scratched - it's like mixed martial arts out there. Meanwhile, those centers do nothing that would constitute a foul - they play appropriately never bumping with their hips or slapping another guy's arm.

Seriously, though, Outlaw knocks down a couple more of those open looks (and LMA as well) and we'd be up. They just need to hit some more shots - these are all well within their range. I just don't want to lose this opportunity to poor shooting.

down 6 isnt as bad as it could have been, we've hung tough the last bit...

hopefully nate has some great insights into 2nd half strategy to turn this thing around... hopefully...

I agree. I want Roy to attack the basket like he did in the third quarter of Game 2. Just take over.

The "Oden Affect" has NOTHING on the "Yao Affect."

I swear, Outlaw had a chance to dunk on Yao. He had the momentum and could have taken two more steps and at least TRIED to pack it over the Chinese Robot. He chose a 12ft hanging jumper that missed. I swear, if Outlaw could have packed that over Yao, and gotten the foul, we would win this game. It would have changed every thing.

Outlaw might be playing good tonight, but that guy is a pussy.

Well I guess the silver lining is that Pryz should be well rested for 2nd half. We need a strong beginning to the 3rd -- that's all. Start getting them nervous and they will go cold.

Give Sergio a little more time, see if he can loosen everyone up, and maybe get an alley oop pass to Rudy. We need to relax and have fun.

Hrm..well the difference is if you actually watch the game and look at the stats, it's pretty obvious to anyone outside of a Rocket's butt sniffer that the Blazers are getting hosed. All we're asking for is that the series gets called even - it was obvious in Game 1 we weren't going to get any home court advantage from the refs. Is it too much to ask for it to be called as the rules state?

Question: What has Chris Webber or Charles Barkley ever won?

Roy needs to be a superstar in this game for us to win. And Outlaw and/or LMA needs to put up 20+.

High risk pass for only 2 pts. Then you risk Sergio playing like crap and being a bigger foul machine than Oden.

    No ty.

Actually, I thought we did rather well with a "small" lineup and LMA guarding Yao. I know they dumped it into Yao consistently but if LMA could do more fronting I think we'd run a lot more and have more offensive options to work with. I liked the 3 guard offense.

I'd like to see Rudy get one of those top of the key picks like last game where he stands behind his teammate and pops a 3. So far he's scoreless and we need him to knock a few down and take some pressure off the other guys.
