the cake is fine, it just needs some frosting and icing. rudy and roy need to play together in the backcourt. nate hasn't adjusted to much of anything and still seems stuck in regular season mode. i haven't heard much of the national media praising him. do you have some links to back this up or are you throwing this out and hoping people believe you? batum isn't a great offensive weapon yet but why isn't he out there when houston is throwing in that last inbounds? with his length, stick him on the inbounder and hope he can get a deflection, if nothing else he puts more pressure on the inbounder. it's these little things that nate doesn't seem to care about or execute that drives me up a wall.
Oh brother You'll be the first one on here licking the bowl once this team hits the gas. Worst kind of fan really.
Some absolutely terrible shit flying around here tonight. Thanks for adding to the pile. I'm sure Fez will let you lick the spoon.
So pointing out the endless excuses for losing on this board is "absolutely terrible shit?" Eesh. Some thin skinned fans here.
So your "excuse" for us losing is the coach. But anyone else has an excuse and it's not ok? You can question a coach with a .474 win percentage just as easy as you can disagree with the brightest minds in the game of basketball.
I would but the Blazers only hire mediocre ex-guards like Cheeks and Nate to coach this team. I fully expect to see Dontonio Wingfield hired as Nate's replacement in 2011.
I never attacked you, I disagreed with your opinion. I would have disagreed with the facts, but since you never used any, all I could go off of was your opinion. I'm sorry if you took it as an attack on the person you are. I'm sure you are a fine citizen and an outstanding employee at your place of employment.
Yeah, Dontonio Wingfield has very similar careers to Mo and Nate, right? Sorry, that was a joke, my bad...
Doc Rivers.... You're clueless. You can't even stick to your original premis. Now it's about Blazers hiring practice including hires under different presidents and GM's? Uh OK... Don't give away that yellow ribbon too quickly sunshine... It might be the last one you ever get.
A lot of waht you say is true, but a major blooper: Impossible. But a common booboo. You are mixing up mean and average. The mean is the midway point, half are above, half below. The average is different entirely. There are 30 starting point guards in the NBA. You can select a mean, at which half are above and half below. But if you are saying "average", some will be above, some below, some average. If Blake is a below average pg, he is worse than most of the starting point guards in the NBA and I don't really think that's true.
