Tobacco addicts are accident prone? I've never heard that before. Sure, people who smoke pot crash their cars. People who eat peanut butter sandwiches crash their cars. Did they survey the population at large in Baltimore? Maybe 34.7% of Baltimoreans are stoned on any given day. and of moderate use of peanut butter sandwiches, for that matter. Of course. barfo
marijuana really calms me down. I've been smoking a few times this week as one of my buddies got a medical marijuana prescription. usually I'm hyper agressive, confrontational and what not. I'm more relaxed, take my time. I feel a mental block though....not really "on my shit". i can't do this too much though, while i am relaxed and at peace, some times i've got to be on my shit, otherwise people will step over me.
Read it again. Comparable risks; those would be lung cancer and liver disease and that sort of thing And crash big oil tankers into the rocks off the Alaskan coast, cause train accidents, etc. That was one of my first thoughts, but then I realized their sample is plenty random enough and the results are what they are. barfo[/quote] That said, I favor legalization.
I also was told by my grandma today that she knows how to use Google search better than me...while I was showing her how to use her email....for the upteenth billionth time
You should ask her if she knows if the clock stops whenever there is a foul called, and the whistle blew.
Im afraid to even show her how to use email cause every piece of SPAM she gets she thinks is real and specifically for her...She is gonna get all her money stolen
What makes lung cancer comparable to an accident? Maybe they should have left out the word "comparable" if they just meant the overall risk level. Not all all - what if the stoned people were there with complaints like "dude, my belly button is totally melting..." Me too, except for the city of Baltimore. They've had enough already. barfo
The Kaiser study also found that daily pot users have a 30% higher risk of injuries, presumably from accidents. There have been numerous reports of pot-related accidents --- some of them fatal, belying the attractive myth that no one has ever died from marijuana.
