    I was looking at some of the so-called bad NBA teams out there and a lot of them have good pieces going forward. The Clippers, Memphis, Oklahoma, etc..

    Which NBA teams wouldn't you swap rosters with right now?

    Knicks have some pretty good players, Raptors have quite a few players in their prime, but they don't have enough to even come close to competing for a title. No real young talent there either outside of Bosh if you ask me, and he doesn't seem that content.

    there are a lot teams in the league who over the cap or right there so they dont have the flexibility to spend but they arent good enough to legitimately contend, i.e. the dallas mavericks,

    The problem is that most of those teams have some young talent or are at least playoff teams. Raptors have about 6 real NBA players IMO and a bunch of scrubs. No young talent outside of Bosh, and could be in trouble if he leaves in 2010 with no marketable players. I know I wouldn't want Toronto's roster over many teams in the NBA.
