...when they are introducing the Lakers' starters, it's as quiet as a morgue at Staples. What's up with that?
They're too busy trying to get the stars to notice them; or mugging for People magazine, not even paying attention to the game...
yeah I kinda liked that Giant sheet coming down, cool and innovative, but still classy. Our arena REALLY dropped the ball on intros these playoffs.. and I mean REALLY.
Laker fans suck ... royally. 90% of them are there for the scene. The only time any of them make audible noise is when Kobe's at the free throw line and they chant their tired, old, unimaginative "M-V-P." I also LOL'd at several points during last night's game when Denver would turn the ball over and Laker fans wouldn't know what happened, so they didn't cheer until their PA guy told them what happened. What a bunch of morons. -Pop
Well all I have to say is, all over the place they have been talking about how the Lakers seem to be struggling in this years playoffs, especially at home, not playing as well as they should. It is no coincidence, that home performance is usually somewhat linked to how crazy your fans are. Poor fan support=poor motivation factor for the Lakers. If the Lakeshow loses this one, the fans have to look no further then themselves as who to blame. There is too much talent there for them to be playing this badly. The problem is motivation.
No doubt. In fact I would go so far as to say, I don't believe I have seen an easier road to the WCF for a #2 team before now.
yeah I cant recall an easier road. However I'm only 23 so I cant say that I have seen as many playoffs as some others.
