    I was under the impression that many of the trades above were saying we'd take back Eddy Curry's bad contract with the #8 pick. Weren't there a bunch of "2 Curry" jokes, and saying that E.Curry could be substituted for J. Jeffries' bad contract?

    Well, in this thread, the poster says (#8 pick - curry?). I took that to mean Stephen Curry since to move Eddy Curry for the #8 pick.

    You're right. I'd been catching up on the "Sergio a Knick" thread, and thought that's what was being talked about when the Knicks were brought up. My reading comprehension fail.
