But does it bug you that it's pronounced "Hine-rick" instead of "Hin-rick" or "Hin-rich" or perhaps even "Hine-rich"? To be honest, it bugs me a bit.
Portland gives Boomer Patrick Mills a chance To me Paddy's strenghts and weaknesses suit us well. Push the ball up court on the fast break with his speed, either take it to the hoop, or dish; if nothing's on give the ball to Roy, and play SG to Roy's PG.
Sounds like its up to Patty to prove himself in summer league. It won't help him that Bayless will be running the point at summer league. Although coach Nate seems to like him.

A short article in the San Francisco Chronicle on a local college product. At least he'll get a big cheer in Oakland.
Don't underestimate his desire to be a good role model, especially for indigenous Australians. It really means a lot to him to be both a leader, and a positive influence for his people.
I think it's hilarious when we start saying that a player is a "reach" in the second round. Maybe the NBA should expand back out to more than two rounds? lol
In a draft as fluid and generally considered weak as this one was? I think pretty much every player outside of the top ten this year is mostly a crap shoot or a born role-player (of course there will be exceptions). We won't really know if these guys were a reach or not until the end of summer league or during the season or maybe even in the season after that. I tend to err to the notion that Chad Buchanan, Jason Fillipi, and KP have a better eye for talent than I do, now we wait and see I guess.
