haha.. you can hear all the off the air stuff on the web stream. And to Wendell Maxey... nice sweater there.
Hmm.. MB said him and Wheels can't comment on free agents because I assume they work for the Blazers, but Wheels has talked about FAs seemingly the past month on his show.
Wendell Maxey is an idiot. Says we should use MLE type money to sign a 3rd string point guard like Brevin Knight.
I feel like I get more insight about the Blazers reading this board than listening to Courtside sometimes...
Tried watching the stream, but it kept breaking up so I gave up. Said 130 viewers connected,,,,lot more than over the air I'm sure.
"Put a knee to the chest or to the chin and that charge wont be there agian" Bayno talking about greg working on pick and rolls.... LOVE IT
When they moved it to Thursdays, I constantly forgot it was on. Now it's not even on the radio, and we can listen to "strong at night" instead? Brilliant move. This is almost as smart as signing a TV contract for 10 years before making sure everyone has access to the new channel. Way to kill off your audience! Some people might not always be near a computer when they listened to courtside. Like you know, in a car? I remember when the winterhawks tried to go internets only, and iirc, it failed miserably. Who is the fucking idiot who came up with this?
It seems strange to me to take it off period, let alone during the season. I can't speak for anyone else, but I know for a fact that the only reason I listen to the station is because they do Blazer games. And even if you count "Wheels" show as Blazer talk, it's intermixed with Kenny Vance's "I need to get laid really bad" ranting, the stupid "party" thing that they do, and the tried and tru(ly boring) "stump the band" shtick. The Blazers are the sole reason that stupid fucking station is around anyways. Even if Paul Allen sold it, no one would listen to it if the Blazers were being broadcast on KEX or 1080.
