So our bench is going to look like,

    Blake (Bayless not likely)
    Rudy
    Webster
    Cunningraph
    Pryzbilla

It looks like Rudy is going to be in the driver's seat. OR does Blake's 3-ball and lack of driving ability compliment Roy so well, that they bring Andre into the second team to open it up for Rudy and Webster?

What are you assuming happens to Outlaw?

Yeah I agree, but they will probably still try to play him at the 3 some.

maybe this will be Webster's breakout year

    :roseglasses:

If I were in charge of the rotations, Rudy Travis and Joel would probably be my top bench guys with no one else getting more then 10 minutes a game.

Dante could actually play a little four as well, especially against what other teams consider to be their backup 4.

I will be very surprised in Pendergraph doesn't wind up playing more than Cunningham.

We need an upgrade badly at PF and SF. I feel like a vet is the right move in both instances as we have LMA and Batum (who would rotate to the bench if we got Wallace or Battier).

barefoot Dante is 6'7, Pendergraph 6'8.75

    Rudy is 6'4.75, Roy 6'5.25, Martell 6'6, Batum 6'6.5, Travis 6'7, LA 6'10

the numbers favor Pendergraph getting more chances

You see him as a PF then. Makes sense. Man we need an upgrade at PF. Pendergraph should be 3rd string and definitely NOT behind Outlaw.

Something like that. I would expect Outlaw and Roy to get minutes at SF ahead of Cunningham. Pendergraph has the edge in height and wingspan. He should have the edge in defending and rebounding against PFs.

I agree... but who's going to be bringing energy and waiving towels on the bench (which is something, as we've been repeatedly told this summer, that Pendergraph brings and that the team really needs).

Well, if Outlaw is the backup 4 (2nd string) and Pendergraph should be 3rd string, then where else does it put him but behind Outlaw? :)

    M. L. Carr was the ONLY reason Boston won 3 titles in the 80s! Without him, the players on the court never would have reached that extra 10% that put them over the top.

That's kind of my point. We need an upgrade at backup PF and I also personally would like to see Outlaw play for a different team. He could be a really wonderful addition to another team but I feel is too risky for a hopefully elite team to have play any significant minutes (2nd PF some SF).

I like his 240 lbs and 6 fouls behind Travis and feel pretty comfortable with the state of the position. I'm a big fan of Aldridge and obviously you and I disagree about TO's value to the club. I'm comfortable with him as the primary guy backing up both forward spots.

Actually, the team trainers measured Nic last summer and he's 6'8" in his socks.

An NBA player who's listed height is actually his true height. What is this world coming to?

Maybe he grew isn't he still 19? That would be cool if he added an inch of height or wingspan. The guy has go-go gadget arms...
