Apizza Scholls, and it is not even close. The Pizza there is some of the best in the country, including NY. Most of these other places mentioned are... meh.... OK. There is a reason people are willing to wait an hour for Apizza. It is not only the best pizza place in Portland, it is flat out one of the best RESTAURANTS in Portland. For those Shakeys/Pietros fans out there, try Fultano's next time you are in Cannon Beach... I think they have other coastal outlets as well. Like stepping back in time!
haha.. that's kind of what I was thinking. I mean, it's not terrible pizza but the "best pizza" in Portland? C'mon now. Try some of the local places out there.
wrong i have and i will never go back. someone told me that there crust was ther best ever. I thought the whole slice sucked. just my opinion! and yes there was smelly hippy stoners working there playing giutar.
Well, I've been to 2 of them and the crust was excellent. I especially like the way they brush garlic butter on the crust before & after it's baked. Yum! I've taken 5 or 6 people and it's now their #1 place for pizza. Nice places to hand out as well. Anyway, I suppose it's all a matter of preference, but I also like to take a Red Baron pizza from the store and add some cheese & meat to it and it works pretty well in a pinch for a good football game.
Wow, she must have been so impressed! I guess she'd been looking for a guy with a non-working credit card? barfo
