tough call..... I guess it depends on what you're in the mood for. I think I'd see District 9.

    Ding Ding Ding! Winner!

But what one are you going to see first? I think I'll see District 9 on Imax but Basterds in the regular theater and I'm a huge Tarantino fan.

District 9 because that comes out on Thursday and Inglourious Basterds comes out next week. But if I had to choose I'd pick Basterds first.

You're right. I was so focused on "bastards" I didn't even look at "inglorious".

    Just saw District 9.

Really good movie! I'd give it a 9/10. If you look Sci-Fi it's a must see!

    District 9 looks epic.

Bastards looks funny. I like that Brad Pitt acts with a poor german accent. Tom Cruise couldn't do that for Valkyrie? Lame.

District 9 would be my first choice based on the previews, but I want to see both.

Might wait for BluRay for both of them though.

Yup, BluRay FTW. I hope it gets released in time for Christmas so I can watch it with my pops.

It is weird seeing a movie on BluRay that you saw in the theater and being amazed at how much better it looks at home. Technology is great sometimes.

I took my dad to see District 9 today. My gf doesn't like sci-fi but my dad is the one who got me hooked.

Been a good summer for that genre. Star Trek was awesome! Terminator Salvation was blah and District 9 was a nice surprise. I didn't even know it was coming out until a month ago.
