Ok, I have a PS3 but never play games. Mostly use it for BluRay. However, I am off of work recovering so we rented two games today. I started with some rally race car game, pretty fun. Then I stuck in this Killzone 2. HOLY SHIT it is fun and looks like a movie almost. No wonder kids don't do their homework or learn anything. You couldn't have kept me from this game when I was 10-15 years old, no way.
I agree. Kill Zone is awesome. Another game that is really fun is the new Ghostbusters game. If you are a fan of the movie franchise you'll love this game. It's like you're in the movie. But I spend a lot of my time playing COD4 online. This game just doesn't get old.
You could check out the review on OnDemand OnDemand > The Cutting Edge > G4 > Game Reviews > Ghostbusters review The orig. cast provide the voices. Bill Murray, Dan Akroid, ect. G4 gave it 4 stars out of 5.
PS3 will cost 300 bucks from now on, new version (slim) coming out first week of Sept, with 120 gigs. Time for everyone to buy it I guess.
KZ2 was the shit. I've moved on now, but you can't deny how beautiful the graphics are and how great the pacing of the campaign is. If anybody with a PS3 doesn't have the game yet, you need to at least rent it to appreciate the power of the PS3.
I almost feel like it is real when I am playing it. I would have been dead after the first two minutes in reality, but so what? Fun
