Whats a dangerous amount of Weight to Lose?

    so im 6 foot One, 205 pounds. i went to the gym today- did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill. after i finished my one hour workout in which i really didnt push myself- i was shocked to learn that i dropped 12 pounds to 193 in that one hour. i understand most of that is water weight but is that too much weight to lose that fast?

    12 pounds is abnormal. my guess would be the scale is broken.

    12lbs is ridiculous. I think the scale is a little broken. 5 pounds? Yeah, very possible. 7? Maybe...12? Can't believe.

    If it is true, not doubting you, I'm doubting the scale, yeah it can be dangerous to drop weight that face if you don't replenish properly.

    Could 12lbs of liquid (~5.4L) have seeped out of your body in an hour? You'd be splashing everyone in the gym. Gross.

    im being honest guys. i asked another random dude in the locker room to test it out and he said it was accurate. another strange thing is that im starting to think ive come down with a cold. could something be wrong with me?

    not funny. ive actually privately worried about that but i would imagine the symptoms would be much more drastic than a sore throat. btw, the gym is a complete cesspool- wipe down u selfish mutherfuckers after u use the equipment!!!

    I'd be concerned if I were you.

    That is not normal at all. 12 lbs for an hours worth of cardio? Uh, I'd drink plenty of water, gatorade, or powerade if I were you. Constantly, replenish your body.

    good news!! the scale is broken, maybe my fat arse did it. the bad news is that i dont know my weight. this morning i weighed in at 178 pounds on the broken scale.

    never trust those scales at the gym. how tall are you? 215 isn't that much weight depending on your height.

    205 but i want to get to 180, thats what i weighed in high school before my diet of pizza and beer took over my life for 4 years. and im six foot one. btw, 205 is an estimate based on last week's weight because i never weighed myself prior to getting on the scale at the end of my workout

    in the morning prior but it wasnt anything spectacular, no clogging of the toilets

    12 pounds in an hour is impossible. The scale must be out of order.
    Besides weight did you felt any changes in body I mean dizziness or weakness?

    i have also lost 12 lbs in a single day, but only because i produced 1.5 gallons of semen for a bukkake photshoot. is this also unhealthy? thanks in advance for your expedient replies

    I am not sure whether it is safe or not but I heard people get deficiencies in their bodies while trying to lose weight quickly.
    Despite weight loss did you felt any other changes or loss in your body?
