    They averaged 4.7 yards per carry. It was 90 yards rushing not 65.

    SD averaged only 3.3 yards per carry against the Raiders.

    Buffalo's starting RB was suspended, so I'd definitely say they could improve their run D from Monday.

    Trent Edwards had 25 yards off of broken play scrambles. I wouldn't count that against the run defense. So the real totals would be 65 and 3.8/carry.

    That's certainly valid. Don't think that game is much of a measuring stick for the run defense though as the Bills have a really young OL in their first game together and were using a second string RB.

    The Jets game oughta be interesting.

    Fred Jackson may be a backup, but he did run for 136 yards against the Pats last year with Richard Seymour on the defensive line.
