true. Also PJ is a red ass who thinks screaming at multi-millionaires is the only way to communicate with them. After flame outs at every stop he gets to own his failures.

    worst Blazer coach ever

Jay Allen is a sideline reporter for the radio call of the game with Wheels. He has Blazer employee credentials.

He left 910 the Fan in 2000 to join 750 and head up their sports department. He covers college football as well. I spoke to him about six months ago and he's still on the 750 staff. He had Blazer creds because 750 was owned by Paul Allen.

Dwight Jaynes did sideline work during the fan-fest--I don't think anyone believes that he's a Blazer employee. He's basically an independent contractor. I presume as much with Jay Allen in regard to any work he does with the Blazers.

Also, during the season, Wheels, Rice, Barrett, et al travel with the team to road games (since, of course, they need to be there in order to call them). Jay Allen doesn't; he's usually running Wheels' radio show, and covering Courtside if Wheels is unavailable. I would surmise that he's an employee of the radio stations, not the Blazers.

Jay is a full time employee of Alpha Broadcasting (The Game & KXL), and part time employee of both Blazer Broadcasting & Duck Broadcasting (OSN). He's a busy dude this time of year.
