The (somewhat acclaimed) bet he made with SPD that Aldridge wouldn't sign his extension prior to October 31st.

I'm glad that he's going to honor his word but I'm also glad he's banished... I enjoyed the site a lot less with him insulting people left and right

It made me happy to see that LMA signed today. I was actually starting to get a little nervous about it. I never thought it would have taken this long. Hurray!

Kind of correct, loser pays for two seats but both of us goes to the game together. That way even if you lost the bet you're still a big winner because you're going to a Blazer game!

If and when he pays up he should most definitely be unbanned. While some of his posts can be annoying paying the bet makes him a honorable Blazer fan. That should make him welcome here.

Yeah I agree Maxiep. We need a sophisticated voice of reason around here. Someone willing to run the gambit between discussing Jungian Collective Unconcious to obscure off broadway productions. His eclectic tastes include of course: being an oenophile, reading the esoteric writings of Count St. Germaine, recitation of the works of Voltaire, writing commentaries on the empirical skepticism of Sextus Empiricus and of course attempting to win the prestigious Prix Goncourt. Yes, his cultured and nuanced musings are dearly missed around here.
