its all pretty simple, argue your points and stay in your lane. negative is just a valid point of view as positive and we do need all shades of the spectrum to keep the board healthy, it just seems to be where there is the most contrast there are the most 'clashes' - but it's that contrast that makes for a healthy discussion. just seems that when people aren't 'winning' or converting people into agreement they catch feelings and start getting emotional....if you can't get your point across without extreme bitchassness, well maybe you should just stfu.
