I don't think so. But I could be wrong.

I would say, throw in Jerryd, but I think I'm more interested in seeing him get a chance on the court now. Getting him sometime. I don't know, I liked what I saw out of him in preseason. Think he could be ready.

I don't really think Miller is the problem, but he's not getting any younger and he and Brandon are clearly a bad match together under Nate's "system" (if you want to call it that).

So in short, yeah I'd trade him if we could get a player that fits better over the long haul -- a guy who can guard the perimeter and hit an open shot. Then again I find myself asking, is Nate going to be here for the long haul, and if not will Brandon ever be able to play alongside a traditional play making point guard?

pretty well said. I'm not saying Nate should be fired.. cause so far in his tenure here he has done a good job. I want him to succeed.. but if he isnt here throughout the season or after the end of this season... I could see another coach here. It wouldnt be the first time a coach comes in to put a team over the top. In like a Larry Brown type situation.

I wouldn't mind Ramon Sessions...unfortunately, it sounds like the Timberwolves like him quite a bit.

I think it's hilarious that one of the leaders of the "Bash Outlaw" movement would post the above. :devilwink:

I wanted to pick 2 choices. He's not the problem & Kirk Hinrich. Just because I think Kirk is a better fit, not because I feel Andre needs to go.

Sessions is down in every statistical category versus his career numbers outside of rebounding. He has a PER of 11.6 right now and has yet to hit a 3 pt shot this season. If Miller can't fit in, how the heck is a lesser player like Sessions going to fit in?

It's pretty early in the season. Channing Frye has a star PER. Things might change over the course of the season.

I think both can fit in. Currently, the entire offense is disjointed and it's certainly not all Miller's fault. I actually think Miller and Sessions are similar types of players, but Sessions is much younger.

no one is blaming that backup pg for the team's shitty play. they are blaming the backup pg for the backup pg's shitty play(just as they are blaming the starting pg for the starting pg's shitty play).

yes, miller put up good assist numbers last night but he didn't play any defense and made several mistakes that led to immediate points going the other way. he did not help the blazers last night.

While I think Travis isn't a very good player, and I wish he was on another team, I have never blamed Outlaw when the team was playing poorly as a whole.

Now if you want to call me a McMillan Basher, that would be fine. I would accept that moniker whole heartedly.

You're right. You also blamed Outlaw when the team was playing great a a whole.

I feel the need to point out that Miller can't possibly be traded before Dec. 15.

The Sixers wouldn't do it, but I would trade Miller for Williams in a heartbeat!

His very efficient stats this season: 17 ppg, 56% shooting, 5.0 apg, 4.8 rpg, 1.8 spg, and only 1.0 tpg.

The Sixers won't miss Miller at ALL this season.
