    Wowwwwwwwww.

I just had a chance to watch Aldo/Brown.

Aldo looked like a little Anderson Silva in there. Not even that little, either, as he looked bigger than MTB.

    This kid is seriously good.

This win makes a case for him to be top-5 P4P.

Aldo was very impressive standing up, take down defense, and on the ground. Speed kills and he dominated Mike Brown last night.

Aldo is a fucking stud. He dominated Brown and he was throwing strikes from everywhere. Fucking knees, switch kicks, and spinning back kicks? Fuckin' crazy...He didn't look intimidated or phased by Brown's power, either.

Is he too small to move to 155?

That was pretty sick the way he had Brown where he couldn't get his feet down to get any leverage. Has Aldo ever had to go more than 2 rounds in WEC?

    Just by 45 seconds.

Six fights in the WEC, six wins by (T)KO.

The Anderson Silva comparisons are going to be coming fast and frequent now.

Who's next in line to fight Aldo? Does Brown get a rematch or does he need to earn that chance again? I don't see anyone being able to challenge Aldo at this point. I'd imagine he'll move up in weight at some point?

Aldo looks pretty big for a 145er. (another similarity to Anderson, as Anderson is generally considered a really big MW)

And Brown looked slightly bigger than Urijah, and has Brown has fought at 155 in the past.

Not right away, he got smoked.

If Urijah wins his next fight, we'll see Aldo/Faber, 'cause that's a money fight for the WEC.

Gamburyan must be closing in on contendership too.

I would've said Wagnney Fabiano is the top contender but he got embarrassed in his last fight so it won't be him.

If they can get Kid Yamamoto, well, that would be a spectacular fight right there, but that sounds like a real long shot.

I agree. Faber's main advantage is usually his explosive speed and unorthodox angles. Aldo is even quicker and improvises on the fly. However, this will be a money matchup like Speeds mentioned and money talks.

Faber needs to earn the opportunity for a title shot IMO though. Are there any fighters at 155 who could drop weight and challenge Aldo at 145?

    I wouldn't.

I remember in some interview that Faber only cuts like 8-11 pounds. Aldo looked quite big compared to Brown, I think that his size would pose the same problems it did to Urijah.

Has Faber recovered from hand surgery yet? His break was pretty bad from those X-Ray's I saw. He scheduled for a fight yet?
