Most of my family is muslim, and we're strong backers of the war against radical islamic groups, backers of the wars in iraq and afghanistan and are strongly against spreading of religion to other other people that have different faiths. it's all about freedom, to be able to choose what you believe in or don't believe in. myself I just believe in god, without choosing any religion.

Interesting article though he seems to gloss over some really important factors. So the median age is 15 on the Gaza strip. What is the % of men who are imprisoned in Israeli jails and how many are there and how would that affect the median age? What about life expectancy? As he noted, countries have been seemingly dive bombing in births as they become more industrialized. This could be due to three factors: 1) Cost of providing for children becomes higher and therefore the parents can't afford it. 2) There is not as much need for additional children as their was in an agrarian based society. 3) The luxuries in a civilized society are more attractive than having more kids. After all, who wants to give up their big screen TV, big house, new cars, etc. to have more kids? You could write a lengthy novel on how this all ties in to the Middle East and Islam in that area. How education leads to better jobs and greater economic impact, etc. Typically the radical Islamists come from extremely poor backgrounds with little to no education. That's why it often seems silly to just provide military aid to some countries because you're essentially trying to corral cats. The pool of available terrorists becomes larger and larger as economic and social factors are left unaddressed. Education is a prime example because there are no state sponsored school systems or when they are in operation they are complete crap. This leaves a vacuum filled by madrases that preach the jihad. And don't even start on the education of women. Heaven forbid they should learn about lifestyles or cultures that preach something other than essentially slavery. Another interesting item to look at is Russia's birth rate. They were dwindling extremely quickly. In the last few years the government has been sponsoring mini-sweepstakes to couples who have kids in order to try and spark a resurgence of citizens. As India and China become more industrialized and in better economic standing they'll have fewer kids, theoretically, though China has already addressed that somewhat with the one child policy. Then the the ratio of religions to people will really start to skew because you'll lose part of the Hindus, Buddhists, etc.
So I assume then the Obama's racist church leader is the voice of America then right. I mean he was in video and print so it must be true! I was grown up Muslim and I NEVER heard a single bad word towards other religions beside the fact that we thought Islam was the correct religion. The only stories I heard about opinions on America was how grateful immigrants were to be here. Have fun wasting your time being scared of the average Muslim
