I sure am! I have a couple of fiends that are beaver fans and I let the air out of their tires this morning.

Oh come on Wheels, you'll handle them, seriously though, they beat us early in the year barely and last week they lost to cal, and Cal sucks

Cal has gotten blown out by Oregon, OSU, and USC...don worry you got it

I see your Beavers video and I raise you THIS: :p

But ya the Civil War can't get here soon enough. In all seriousness, I'm really looking forward to seeing the Rodgers brothers and how our defense plays them. Should be a great game. And more than anything, I pray there are no significant injuries for either team this week. I want to see the Ducks' best go against the Beavs' best.

OSU is going to go for 50+ against the Duck "defense".

The sad thing is, they were playing well early in the season, but it's like they decided the USC game entitled them to take the rest of the season off.

Next weekend's Civil War will be the biggest Civil War of my lifetime to date. Should be a great game. Earlier in the year, I would have expected a similar result to last year's Civil War. The Ducks offense was too much, and their D was making strong stands. The offense has slowed down, and the D has been soft the last few weeks. So I expect a close, but exciting game.

AZ got some nice calls from the refs late in the game (the facemask on the Ducks' D was BS - the QB facemasked the guy about to sack him and yet AZ was given a free pass), but Oregon did what they had to do down the stretch to dig out the win and setup next weekend's clash.

You must be pretty young then.

Oregon's QB is pretty unstoppable. Maybe it's the offense, maybe it's the QB. I dunno how our D is going to stop him. But I am curious to know who the Ducks have to replace him because you don't find many honest double threats (pass/run) who are good.

Darron Thomas is waiting in the wings... he was a 4 star guy coming out of HS and is a dual threat QB. It looks like the Ducks are going to be able to make it through this year red shirting him, so he'll be a Soph next year.

TehChad will be back in a few days. He was admitted to the local hospital after a sudden heart attack late Saturday night.

    28. I haven't seen a Civil War yet where both teams have the opportunity to get to the Rose Bowl. Personally, I'm just excited for Oregon football teams - we're essentially guaranteed that one of our two football teams will be in the Rose Bowl.

Masoli is a damn good QB. That being said, I find myself wondering why the Ducks don't score every possession (Actually, it's often the result of dropped passes). But Masoli often makes it look far too easy. I can't wait for the Civil War - it's going to be one helluva game.

I'm 34 and I'm pretty sure I've never seen the Civil War determine who goes to the Rose Bowl. As in, who wins the Civil War, goes to the Rose Bowl. Has that EVER happened?
