Finally getting back into the COD flow of things. I was wildly inconsistent at the beginning but now I'm starting to level out and do good. Last few games I've been able to get the AC130, and that thing is THE SHIT. Also, FAMAS FTW definitely. I've almost got my M4 mastered, and same with SCAR, so I was looking for another AR and it's definitely a good gun, especially with Stopping Power. I've been wanting to try sniping again, but I feel like there aren't many maps to do it on. Any tips for maps that have some good spots?
This game caused my Xbox to fry. I get the 2 overheating rings now, not sure what to do since I'm out of warranty.
I think they cover any red rings even under warranty. Call 800 4myxbox with your serial # and they'll look it up. but seriously my condolences.. I got RROD in January.
I've been playing the Battlefield Bad Company 2 beta on the ps3 today and i think i like it more than this, sacrilegious!
SCAR FTW... I am dominant with that gun. The AK and the AUG are pretty sweet as well. I can't wait until I unlock the M21EBR, I love combat Sniper Rifles like that.
What level are you guys so far in online playing? I think I'm at 14 right now. When I start playing time goes so damn fast, few minutes and 2 hours have passed. haha
I just got to 35 last night. But yes Time goes by so stinkin fast.. last night I was gonna play for a couple matches.. next thing I knew it was 2:30. Now I'm grumpy and tired at work lol.
haha exactly. now I don't want to start knowing I'll spend few hours there. But great game though for online, has to be game of the year, maybe game of the decade
Only level 9, i can only play a couple matches at a time, too busy trying to get the platinum trophy for Dragon Age.
I seem to be better at this one than the last one.. I was a .95 K/D ratio and am at a 1.36 on this one.. I like this one better
I never played 4 online, so i was and am still pretty bad at this, i'm a lot better at domination, or whatever capture the flag is called here than straight up team deathmatch.
yeah Domination is a good way to get your XP up and get better weapons.. its a lot easier to get kills when the opposition is worried about getting a Territory as well.
My K/D ratio is so fucked I do good for one or two maps and then totally blow ass for 5 and it fucks me over so much!

yeah.. but one thing I do like is they almost eliminated spots for guys to just sit up high and snipe and have a clear shot at everyone. Nothing frustrated me more than guys just sitting around sipping coffee all match, and sniping.
