Age catching up with them? The only good young player on that entire roster is Rondo. Lakers are just hitting stride now that they've got Gasol back. They're going to be awfully tough to beat. They've got what, 6 straight wins, all by double figures? Good luck, NBA.

Combination of age, and my father says its the coaches fault as well. Barely though, with teams they should beat by 20pts. They started hot and then came down to earth.
All you need to know is Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA. Lakers are the best team in the NBA.
Also there is a lot of flopping and whining in the league which makes it really hard for defensive teams. (aka celtics)
I'd have to agree with your old man, too. Doc Rivers is not a good coach. Much like Mike Brown is not a good coach. They just happen to have a good player or team that makes them look good.
Lol, there's a big difference between being a good, standup guy, and being a good coach. I have no doubt that he is the latter, though he is nowhere near a good coach. I'd argue that there's really only a handful of good coaches in the NBA anyways.
