Yeah, I'm pretty positive that is the case, however, there is that slight doubt in my mind. I just hope he hasn't hit a low or started using again.
I will drag his ass to rehab personally if so... I cant even place my finger on what I think about it. I am so so sad. But if John just wasnt happy with it anymore and couldnt do it, I'm happy he didnt just stay in it for the sake of it, and make half hearted music. One of the things I appreciate most about the RHCP is they make music for the right reasons.. unfortunately those right reasons might be what bit us fans in the ass this go around
at least hes not dead (knock on wood) like the guitarist of my favorite band I still get pissed/sad about Dimebag Darrell's murder
so sad... while I wasnt really a fan of the music.. I totally understand how people felt like crap. And what he meant to them. Fortunately John Frusciante is not dead yes, and I would never compare him leaving a band, to the loss of human life.. I still feel like part of me is missing today. Lol yes obsessed much eh?
study for finals? fuck that...im now learing this on guitar, badly...maybe ill post a video and let you guys rag on me
Time for him to start doing some more work with the Mars Volta. He does the beginning and end solo I believe in this song.
oh god...if I posted this video I think Id get more shit for it than "the clock stops after a foul" bullshit ...its awesomely bad
Which video? I like the Mars Volta and think they're awesome. Definitely not as cookie cutter as the Red Hot Chili Peppers. In fact the Red Hot Chili Peppers helped the TMV to become a band. Flea played bass on their first album.
thank you for the laugh about the thread reminder in this trying time. On that note.. I do actually like the Mars Volta I dont know which song that is though. But they opened for the Chili Peppers last time.. they didnt sound that great in the Rose Garden though, they are more of a small building sound with how much they have going on all the time.
no....me attempting to play "How deep is your love" the way John does in that video...i barly know the chords, and dont know half the lyrics....it sucks but in a hilarious embarrassing way...I think i might post it
be sure to have some tissue to clean up the blood coming from your ears when you watch it,,,its fucking bad... me and funky chords dont get along
I still feel pain from the day Joe Walsh 'walked away" from The James Gang back in '71.
Stadium Arcadium was sadly above average commercialized garbage, better then most thats out today, but still crap compared to their best days. Same can be said for tons of artists, Green Day, Ice Cube, Snoop and so on. Music today, especially the mainstream is utter garbage and a insult to be called music.
