It's not pace I worry about, it's all the standing around ... if they ever figure that shit out I won't care how fast or slow they play the game. Bottom line: too much of our offense is predicated on second chance points and not getting really clean looks to begin with and not nearly enough points in the paint as a proportion of this team's scoring
Mike Brown was rumored to be in the hot seat after last year. I would be willing to bet he will not be the Cavs coach to begin next year unless he wins a title. As Nic said, it's the standing around opposed to the slow pace. If they worked the clock down to get a layin, that would be different, but working it down to get a 19 foot jump shot is not going to work long term.
If they make the playoffs, it won't matter if Pete Carrill or Paul Westhead is coaching the team. They're going to suffer in a 7-game series without any size in the middle.
