...I could see today's nonsense greatly subside, if not evaporate altogether. It's the nature of the business.

That said, I agree with Quick that Andre will be traded...this year. You can thank Brandon for that move.

Even if the Blazers lose tomorrow, these things, too, shall pass.

we're seeing the pot boil over for the first time. Maybe they respond with another streak (if only blake could've kicked over a chair!), and maybe they don't. But it's hard to keep listening to people saying everything's hunky-dory.

When we win tomorrow, it'll just put off the inevitable for a few hours or days. You don't have to be a die-hard fan or insider or scout or NBA exec to see things aren't going well in Blazerland.

It ain't hunky-dory, I'll give you that. It's not the end of the world, either. Most likely, someplace in the middle.

I like your thinking, though. Hopefully, they'll turn lemons into lemonade!

Well no shit Sherlock, half our team is injured and our starting PG is pulling a Damon Stoudamire ("Why is that other guy in there during the 4th quarter?"). It is odd that nobody anywhere (except in the forums) is even coming close to blaming Nate. Nobody other than the fans goes on about robotic subbing patterns and egos and shit like that. It's like the only people who blame Nate are the people farthest from the team and least qualified to judge basketball as a sport. Very odd.

Wait, so no one who employs him or works for him is publicly blaming him....you're absolutely right! Nothing could possibly be wrong.

Wait...it sounds a bit like Miller was blaming him today. He's pretty close to the team.

Perhaps, not as close as you might think.

I also meant the national media who all seem to agree tat Nate's a good coach. When Brandon tells the media that Nate is a bad coach and sides with Miller on this issue, I'll believe all your tinfoil theories.

If the Blazers beat the Lakers tomorrow... it would just continue this epic roller coaster ride that this season has been. There really is no dull day around this team.

The national media who STILL don't have Nate as a top 3 COY candidate?

Is Dwight Jaynes either a member of the media OR close to the team? Or both?

When Brandon tells the media Nate's a bad coach, then I'll write a paragraph talking about how that's messed up as well. That said, what about the rumor that Roy walked into KP's saying it's retarded that Oden doesn't start?

Or that Roy went to Nate and said something to the effect of "enough with this 3-guard-and-me-at-SF crap?" It only counts for you if he says it to Adande or Sheridan?

L*kers just lost to the CLippers + the fact they haven't won in Portland forever against a depleted Blazers team = TROUBLE.

I am thinking the Blazers morale and confidence is low and we will lose Friday.
