I would just prefer to have Miller in there at the end because he's a veteran and he's less likely to make a mistake. Bayless is super young and more likely to mess up because of his youth.
Kobe had this look on his face during that timeout of "I really fucking hate this place." It made me giggle.
You are right and I agree on that. Likeswise, by letting Bayless play in the fourth this helps Bayless grow as a player and makes it clear for us or not whether he can do this on a championship contending team like we may be in the future. Lord knows once Blake and Rudy knows Bayless is going back to towel boy, so he won't get much of an opportunity.
Roy is definitely cementing himself as a super star this season. He's playing very well. We're still winning despite all the injuries. I really don't see any way he can't be included among the LeBrons, Wades, and Kobe's.
Bayless has to show more consistency. He has these really good games and then has gone on a streak of mediocrity. I'd be willing to give him more minutes, but I agree you have to trust Miller. This isn't a "throw in the towel and teach the young 'uns" season quite yet...
Guys, call me crazy on this, but am I wrong (or the only one) to think with how Webster has been playing on defense and how he has shown a little consistency he will be the starter even when Batum comes back?>
Thank goodness the Lakers didn't realize more just how many offoensive boards they could have. The Blazers had to play nearly perfect even without that, thanks to no post offense, but they did. Just awesome.
