    How's that for a tease? ;)

OK, not really, but I did find this at least a bit interesting..

At first you might read this and think Mills must be a poor defender if he can't stay with Blake. We don't think of Blake as being lighting fast, but he actually isn't bad with his first step. He just doesn't have anything after that. No pull up jumper, no floater in the lane, and he obviously can't finish at the rim against the big boys. But in a game of 2 on 2, I bet 'ole Stevie B. can get by a lot of guys.

Clearly they re-built him, this whole Pneumonia story was bunk.

They sent him out on his first mission, that is the reason it took longer. Check him out as the new Steve Blake action hero.

As long as they keep his minutes down off the bench, i'm okay with this. I still think Bayless deserves more minutes than him.

Somehow this story does less to make me impressed with Steve than it does to make me wonder just how flammable Patty is.

Raise your hand if you thought at the start of the season that the above foursome would be a newsworthy scrimmage in January...

Quicker to cower and run away when faced with any kind of pressure. If the over-rated Blake ever averages over one trip to the Free Throw line per game for a season the world will come to an end because it must be the Apocalypse.

Yep just like always. He is moving faster than hell. Hitting shots like mad in practice.

And then he takes up Jarryd Bayless playing time and drops an across the board dohnut on the stat board. 0 pts. 0 assists. 0 rebounds. 0 anything positive.

Him blowing by Mills should scare the shit out of Blazer fans. If I were KP, and saw that at practice, I would waive Mills on the spot.

Yes he was supposedly "blowing by" Patty Mills. Note the part about his jump shot. It was supposedly "Singing". Do you believe everything you read?

How fit is Mills really, though? He just came back from a broken foot and looks significantly less lean than in pre-draft photos. I imagine his lateral quickness isn't 100%.

I was surprise how much weight Blake lost. He looked like a boy out there.

I think Nate told Mills to take it easy on the old guy. :)
