Before these charges, everything had seemed to be pretty minor to me. The alleged stealing was pretty thin. The other stuff seemed minor to me too. Given who this player is, and the violent nature of the charges, this incident is completely different in my book.
I'm with Zybot. This could be very serious but the prior stuff seems like there wasn't much to it. We'll see how this shakes out, but I'd hope/expect the higher ups would deal with this seriously if it's really as bad as it sounds it might be... regardless of whether he can beat the charges. but, there have been some bright parts of the Ducks football program's offseason as well... like Feb 3rd for instance STOMP
As an outside observer (OSU fan) it seems like there's a real lack of institutional control since Kelly took over. Am I off base?
