This guy's amazing. I'm watching as I type this. He can do everything. I'm especially impressed with his free throws. Fuck, man. He doesn't miss. I want to play on his team. Sucks to be on the other team, getting blocked and dunked on for 2 hours. Holy shit, he just showed off a fadeaway! Amazing. I would trade half our roster for this guy. I say we blow up the team. Trade Webster, Miller, Rudy, Aldridge, Oden, Pryz, and draft picks to the Thunder and just build around Ibaka. Imagine this team:

    PG Bayless
    SG Roy
    SF Batum
    PF Ibaka
    C Camby

    Bench: Mills, Cunningham, Pendergraph, Howard

How would that team lose games??? Batum-Ibaka-Camby front line? Talk about shutting down the middle. It'd be a block party.

I wonder how many points I could have scored for a high school team in the Congo . . .

Um.. hold on. Are you dissing Yi Jianlian? Please. He's having a career year despite the fact that the Nets only see him as a 3rd or 4th option. He's shooting 40% from the three point line and he's a proven winner (in China). I hear he's pissed and wants out. There's no fucking way he's going to be okay with coming off the bench if LeBron signs with the Nets.

Dirk shot 40% from the field his rookie year. Considering the way Yi's talent has been mishandled, I pretty much consider this to be Yi's rookie year. I see Yi averaging about 25 ppg, 8 rpg, and 2.5 bpg in about 4 or 5 years.

But this thread isn't about Yi. There are other threads for that:

    This thread is about Ibaka.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
    So would every team.

sigh, another unrealistic trade thread. You cannot get Ibaka for that. Even if you toss in Roy, it doesn't interest the Thunder. Very few teams have the players it would take to get Ibaka. It would be great to have him, but he's not a possibility. Some players are unattainable.

Me on a high school team in the Congo. I'm pretty sure I'd average circa 35 points 25 rebounds, and 6 steals a game.

HAHAHA I think it's hilarious how the ref has to single that the ball went in the basket. HAHAHAHAHA

And I hope to GOD this thread is sarcastic. Trade half your roster for Ibaka?? SERIOUSLY??

That's just depressing. You see, this is what makes KP's job so hard. It's easy to identify future stars like Ibaka, but it's a lot harder to get them here. Sucks that we have to make do with lightweights like Roy & Aldridge. :sigh:

I don't understand why Ibaka isn't in MVP talks this year. He's got his thunder rolling and in playoff contention after a long drought from the playoffs. I'd take the deal.

This guy is looking good. 15/9 off the bench tonight. He's that big man that everyone says OKC was lacking.
