Just for the record, Portland's place in open-wheel racing in the USA is unknown to many, but it was basically the birthplace of what would later become ChampCars. Covey moved to Portland from Texas, in 1902 became the exclusive dealer for Cadillac and Pierce Arrow in the state.

It looks like two different cities in that pic. Kind of strange. But I'm looking forward to seeing SoWa completed. I haven't even been down there yet. Just driven by it a ton. Are there any restaurants or bars open down there yet?
