    Saw attached. Proved me right.

Jack is better in every statistical category except the meaningless and abstract per.

Hilarious that you call him "best pure scorer" when his shooting percentages are horrendously weak, about the worst a Blazer has ever had.

He only manages to score 4 pts more than Jack by burning 6+ more attempts to draw fouls. Do the math, it ain't pretty.

BTW, the only reason he shoots more FT's than Jarrett is because Jarrett shoots FT's after makes while Jerryd usually shoots 2 because he missed the FG.

PER is not meaningless nor abstract. It is exactly what you say above - all the categories combined together and normalized for minutes and pace. It actually proves the exact opposite of what you say, but, we already knew that...

Maris, Maris, Maris, you are slipping.

JB's .535 TS% is better than Sergio's TS% in any year as a Blazer (or overall, this year, his best, is still lower than JB's .535). Even without look at other Blazers players, that makes him at worst 4th worst... (Sergio had 3 years with us).

Oh, what the hell, let's look at TS% this year. The following Blazers or past Blazers that have worse TS% than JB this year while playing for Portland (JB definitely needs to work on his TS% - but he is not even close to that bad) :

Miller, Blake, Dante, Outlaw and Camby, I am leaving out the small sample guys like Mills and S-Bo.

You can do better Maris. Try harder next time.

Sometimes you just have to cut the dead weight. Pacers sure robbed us from that trade and have become a better team because of it

Was shoving Rudy his attempt at killing us?

Was anyone else surprised at his hops on that dunk last night? He got up quick and put it down strong.

I'll always cheer for McRoberts. He was a good soldier here, played the role of GO's BFF well and got us a player of value. Rush sucked eggs last night, Jack is making the MLE and still playing at a below average level for TOR and McRoberts is having a tough time getting off the bench on a woeful Pacers team. Meanwhile, Bayless has single handedly won at least four games for us this season.

When you have the kind of depth we do, I'll happily trade three below average players for one player with upside.

Well, he got the last part right.

If I had the energy and inclination, putting together a "MIXUM's Greatest Hits" (maybe the "s" should be moved to the other end of "Hits") for the season would be interesting. So wrong so often.

No. McRoberts has always been known as a big time athlete. I think he came in second to Gerald Green in the McDonalds All-American dunk contest.
