I don't think Mixum has the creativity to pretend to play a different gender.

    I especially hate this part:

"Durant is playing great," McMillan said. "And I knew he would be a good player. But we had Brandon Roy. What we needed was a center."

I definitely wouldn't go over 8 mil a year. I think Oden knows he doesn't deserve more than that, and he seems like he actually wants to prove to his team, organization, and fans what he is worth. So who knows, maybe this will be a good thing.

Right, and I'd made reference to the "proxy" aspect of such a reward system in a previous post... But if rewarding players for total points/rebounds/etc. hasn't been tested as a legally-permissable way around that clause, then the Blazers might as well try it. However, it probably has and been rejected.

It's very important to keep Oden imo.

In order to keep him healthy you have to keep him.

Thats is actually a really good idea. I think there would have to be a base salary of $200k-$300k and you would have to have some sort of free agent rule, otherwise then Kobe, Lebron, D12, Carmello, and CP3 would all just gang up in L.A. But imagine the competition level if a W was worth $100K in yoiur pocket though.
