it seems like roy is having lots of bad games lately.... durant never does... he at worst scores 20...at worst
hcp... roy is an all star but not a tier 1 all star. tier 1 all stars like durant win titles. guys like roy are first round exits annually.
I don't know how anyone else could have watched last night's game and not been dissapointed by Roy's performance....He was passive, and to his defense it is not like our "coach of the year candidate" gave him much help....when you see DEN sending 2-3 players out at Roy on an iso play, you would think you MIGHT want to mix it up a little, you know run Roy off a screen, post him up etc.... But that being said, Roy did not play well...Yeah he is entitled to a bad game, but I have seen a few too many of these type of performances against playoff teams and it is concerning...If he he really is that All Star\Franchise player, then these are the types of games he needs to exert his will over....and I have seen far too little of that recently...
http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/boxscore;_ylt=AiQi6oHmSbYowbYACQsqLOSLPaB4?gid=2010030307 OKC's last game against Denver in Denver. Durant doesn't break 20. OKC loses by 29. Shut the fuck up.
Fuck. This place simultaneously cracks me up and depresses me all at the same time. Now Roy is the 'problem' Awesome.
You don't HAVE to support this team you know. I'm not even sure why you do. It just seems like it's all a bit too much for you to handle Spinderella.
Dirk had 24 points on 22 shots in a double-digit home loss to Orlando. Roy had 14 points on 13 shots in a double-digit road loss to Denver. I suppose Roy could have shot even more, but then I'd be reading about how selfish he was last night.
Nobody is saying he is. You guys are on here saying he is our team's problem now! Getg the fuck out of here with that shit.
Exactly. Roy just needs some support. IMO your #2 scorer needs to have the ability to be a #1 scorer when the #1 scorer is struggling or goes down with injury. We don't have that. When Roy is struggling or goes down with injury, there is not one player with the ability to step up on this team. That is the problem.
yah but he always gets free passes from the fans.... roy isnt as good as osme make him out to be. hes a very very good player but not a superstar. superstars win titles.... roy types make the playoffs yearly. LA types watch and add a jumper here and there.
To answer your (apparently plagiarized) question, we last had 4 players with 15 points or more on March 25, 2010, against the #3 team in the West. I know how hard it is for you to remember games other than our most recent loss, so here's a refresher: http://scores.espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=300325022
You should wait until Durant actually PLAYS a game in the playoffs let alone win a first round series before you clump Durant into the "wins titles"...
Durant gets to the line more the anyone else... that means he is a superstar and deserves a championship right?
