I just want all these people who freak out after every loss on here to soak up these next 2 games. We will handle the Kings and Clipps in my opinion. But right now with 8 minutes left in the 2nd quarter LA is killing the Jazz by 20! So let's just enjoy our victories over a couple of poor teams we SHOULD beat and not step out onto the ledge when we lose to a team we SHOULDN'T beat. Go Blazers!

I'm up in the rafters. I went on a whim. I was driving by Staples and was bored so I parked and then walked around until someone offered me a ticket. Thank goodness the Jazz are making a game of it. Lakers can't guard DWill. Roy and Miller will have a field day.against these guys in the playoffs. And make no bones about it, we're gonna face the Lakers. Spurs beat the Magic tonight.

I just hope we didn't peak with our recent play, and now that we're a game behind the Spurs (and two behind the Thunder), that we'll be stuck in the 8th spot for the rest of the season.

I keep waiting for the Spurs to start losing games, but they're not (nets game withstanding). 2 games to make up with 6 games to go is a tall order.

I agree with Eric (this will not happen again): we're facing the Lakers.

And that's okay. We'll lose, but I think we were going to lose anyway, against whomever, and a series against the Lakers is going to be must-see TV.

And imagine if we DID beat the Lakers - that would mean so much more than beating anyone else, even if we got knocked out in the second round.

I hearby propose that in an eventual first round playoff matchup with the Lakers, any people in Laker gear in the Rose Garden in games 3 and 4 should be publicly flogged, tarred and feathered, and strung up by their toenails over the flamethrower in the RG courtyard.

Julius, you are forgetting that we own the tie breaker with the Spurs even if we tie with the same record. The Spurs have games this upcoming week that they can easily lose. LA can bounce back and hand them a loss. Phoenix and Denver could beat them this week. Wouldn't that make us 1.5 games up?

Hear! Hear! I'd extend it to anyone in Laker gear, regardless of section.

The Jazz are the best team in the Western Conference right now. No doubt.

I remember that we own the tie breaker, but aren't I allowed to be a tad bit over dramatic after a loss?? ;)

I hope we just keep winning our games, and the Spurs keep losing. Looks like Utah and Denver could have 4/5 wrapped up. The Thunder seem to have 6th. So it's between us and San Antonio as to who avoids the Lakers in the 1st round.
