Actually the only trend there is that the people of those states elected the best candidate available. Which is how it should be.

Forget what the national "experts" were trying to spin. Look at the individual elections themselves.

The Massachusetts one is the best example. The lady running for the democrats was completely incompetent. The citizens of that state elected the best candidate available. He did not run an anti-Obama campaign or a anti-health care campaign. He campaigned on issues that were and are important to the citizens of that state. Exit polling and interviews showed that people voted based on local issues not a national agenda.

What you're saying is that in a state election if a voter is choosing between a democrat and republican to represent them they will vote based on not who is the best candidate but who represents a national ideology better. While some will and do, the majority will vote for the best candidate to represent them and the needs of their state.

The Democrat lost because their candidate, Martha Coakley, called Curt Shilling a Yankees fan.

They dislike them because they are currently the part of the republican Party getting all the publicity and face time, during which they allow absolutely no middle ground and viciously lash out at anybody that doesn't share their views. They don't like Obama but they understand that the Tea party's antagonistic approach isn't the best way of winning people over.

The vocal extreme right in this country are angry, mostly because so many of them are coming to the realization that they aren't very intelligent, and they have nothing left to do but be angry, a mood which requires little to no education.

I blame FoxNews for the vocal extreme right in this country being angry, which led to the creation of the Tea Party, where the vocal extreme right gets to rape and pillage through the streets of major metropolitan areas, eating young children, attacking hobos, and shaking sticks angrily at everyone they see.

Hey, the Dems have Olbermann and Maddow at their beck (no pun intended) and call. Question is, why is nobody watching?!

People do, but they are more of news organization to the Dems whereas fox new has been actively involved with the tea party movement from the very beginning. Fox News isn't just news to Tea Party movement and the people watching it will tend tune in more closely when that happens. I happen to be an NPR and BBC fan .....

Megan Fox tells me that she has no response, because last she checked, BlazerWookee is not much of an expert on dingbat issues.
