I can't help but to be disappointed in the lack of adjustments. Phoenix came out with the same game plan - to run whenever possible, to put Hill on Miller, and to double Miller & Aldridge. We countered by....doing everything the same as in game 2 and getting killed again!! Hey Nate - WTF???

He told Batum and Roy to be healthy, and they didn't listen to him.

Batum and Roy have tuned out Nate!

It's hard to adjust to being outgunned and outhustled ... that isn't to say Nate would call a good game if he had the weapons at his disposal, but this isn't the series to judge him off of.

If I thought we were incapable of competing with this team, I would agree that there is no reason to judge Nate too harshly. But, I don't believe that's the case.

The way I see it: we beat this team in their house. They adjusted, and killed us. Then, we made no adjustments to their new game plan, and they killed us again. Do you want us to throw the same game plan at them again in game 4? Or would you like to see Nate do some coaching?

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I'm pretty sure he told them to play scrappier this time.

More like they saw a Blazer team without Roy, weren't at all into the game, and barely lost when Portland almost choked it away down the stretch.

What do you want Nate to do? Suddenly make Andre Miller a 30 ppg scorer, even though he has no outside shot? Make LA able to beat doubleteams?

So Nate did no adjustments, got killed and he shouldn't be judges too harshly?

Nate rode career years from Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis to a fat contract from Portland. He's not a coach, he's a motivational speaker.

We lose this game with Roy on the floor. You are delusional to think otherwise. We were killed in every aspect of the game.

No, I don't want Nate to suddenly make Miller a 30 point scorer. But I wouldn't mind him devising a gameplan for Miller to create more.

Yes, I want Nate to teach LA how to beat double teams - whether it be making his move before they come, or teaching the team how to pass the ball and rotate to capitalize on a double team.

You ask too much. Nate's only making millions of dollars. Maybe tens of millions of dollars could buy that level of coaching.

The adjustment was putting Jerryd Bayless on Jason Richardson.
The result was Richardson shooting 8-12 on threepointers....most of which were uncontested.

Coaches don't lose games by 20-30 points.
