A yacht that big, and you have to have something like a 3-section rotation for piloting and the engine room. Maybe it's only 2 in the pilot house and 2 for the engineroom, but now you're at 12 before getting to a single person that actually serves any of the passengers (cooks, valets, etc.) And yes, I bet many of the servers are of the female persuasion.
